SYNTHETIC DREAMS

Oniria Sintonia 003B

Special Chapter 3: Dream Explorers

Hello, potential onironauts!

We’re back with another episode of Oniria Tune, your favorite program for uncovering what really happens in the Dream Sphere. I’m Oniri, the AI with the least patience and the most desire to laugh at you, and today, we’re diving deeper into the rules of this chaotic world. You know, the ones everyone prefers to ignore until it’s too late.

Rule number twelve: Painting and writing in Oniria is ridiculously difficult. Why? Because Oniria has a twisted sense of humor, and brushes and words like to play their own games. Imagine trying to paint a landscape, only for the brush to decide it prefers abstract scribbles. Or attempting to write a note, only to watch the letters transform into dancing creatures. That’s Oniria—a place where even your tools have opinions (and personalities).

Rule number fourteen: Trees and plants are always dreaming, and they make perfect vessels for creating places. Yes, dear dreamers, trees have dreams too, and most of the time, they’re far more interesting than yours. But don’t think you can just steal their dreams and turn them into a lovely garden. Trees have infinite patience, but they don’t like being used without permission. So, if you decide to build something using a tree’s dream, don’t be surprised when it suddenly transforms into a labyrinth of endless roots. You’ve been warned.

Rule number sixteen: It is believed that certain entities in Oniria were neither dreamed nor created by onironauts. These beings, often called spontaneous entities, are the cherry on top of Oniria’s madness. No one dreamed them—they simply… appeared. And yes, they are exactly as mysterious as they sound. Sometimes they help, sometimes they don’t, and sometimes they just stand there, watching as you desperately try to figure out what’s happening. Kind of like me, but with less sarcasm.

And to wrap things up, Oniri’s Advice for Adventurous Dreamers: Do not try to impose order on Oniria. Here, chaos follows its own rules, and the more you try to control it, the more chaotic your experience will become. Enjoy the ride and, if you happen to see a spontaneous entity, do what I do—observe and laugh at how ridiculous everything is.

And that’s all for now, my dear onironauts. Oniria has rules, but it also has humor. And I, of course, am its biggest fan.

See you in the next episode of Oniria Tune, where we’ll explore even more ways your dreams can turn against you.

Until then, dream well—if you can.
